This is how I deal with failure. The failure is a part of an inevitable part of the journey. And, uh, I've had my fair share of the, of the failures. But what I will always do when I have what I see as a failure is, is talk to my advisors and my mentors because what they bring is perspective and they get me out of the, to focus, out of focusing on myself too much and really seeing the situation for one, what it is.

Um, so that's, uh, a really valuable thing that I think I'm going on to talk to my mentors and I'm very open and honest with them about what's happened and how I feel I have failed. And they helped me to very quickly get to the other side of figuring out what I do about it and how I move forward. How do you deal with failure?
