Why do I value coaching? I've had several different coaches over the years for different reasons and for different periods of time. And what I find with coaches is that they help me to see. For example, there was one time I was about to quit a job that was really stressing me out. big time. And I spoke to one of my coaches and what that coach helped me to realize was that I was positioning myself as a victim in that situation.
And what I actually needed to do instead of quitting the job was to find a way to position myself differently. And that made all the difference. How has a coach helped you?
